Greetings and welcome to the online portfolio of illustrator Toby Thane Neighbors. I graduated from Washington University
in St. Louis with a BFA in Illustration. My work has appeared in such publications as Ammo Magazine, Faesthetic, Las Vegas
Weekly and has been recognized by 3X3 Magazine, Creative Quarterly, Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles and most
